As New Profit’s Chief Administrative Officer, Kevin oversees the Talent and Operations functions and works at the intersection of New Profit’s finance and programmatic work, which includes playing a key role in the development of New Profit’s annual budget/plan. Additionally, Kevin oversees the organization’s risk management / durability practice, and works to develop more systematic approaches to better align New Profit’s commitments with available capacity.

Previously at New Profit, Kevin co-founded the organization’s Learn to Earn Fund and played a critical role in launching the College Access & Success Learning Lab, the Rapid Reskilling XPRIZE, the College Success Award, and the Postsecondary Innovation for Equity Initiative, the predecessor to New Profit’s Economic Mobility investment strategy.

Kevin also sits on the board of i.c.stars, a Chicago-based leadership and technology workforce development organization, and has previously served as a Board member and strategic advisor to a number of national nonprofits, including: Urban Alliance (Washington D.C.), The Neurodiversity Alliance (San Francisco, CA), and Peer Forward (Washington D.C.).

 

Before joining New Profit, Kevin graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a dual master’s degree in business and public policy. Before graduate school, Kevin worked in the research division of CEB (now Gartner), a Washington D.C.-based best practices research and consulting firm.
